Thanks for the response! I've actually already tried that although I used Double Driver to extract the driver files. The drivers seem to be installed fine into WinPE and it does pick them up albeit only after unplugging the device. If that is the case then you might be able to find another driver perhaps from the OEM that works without having to wait for Dell to get back to you.
